Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Net 30 upon credit approval, please submit 3 trade and 1 bank reference.

Shipping
Our normal shipping time is 3 – 5 business days from receipt of your order. Orders ship from Central California, via FedEx Ground. Please advise if you wish for us to ship differently.

Damaged or Defective Items
All damages or defects must be reported within 30 days of Receipt of Goods. Our customer service department will determine if the item needs to be picked up or disposed of. You may choose to have these items replaced at no charge, or have a credit issued.
