Her hand-made fashion jewelry sold through major department stores and catalogs in the 1980's and '90's until she turned to cats, a line she named WhimsiClay. Inspired by her family and friends, and her many pets, Amy developed fanciful felines with her signature whiskers - bendable wires with decorative ceramic tips.
